H. Glenn Grant founded G2 Technology Group to bring the best and brightest in IT together to work toward service excellence and to advance the Green IT environmental movement. Mr. Grant prides himself on creating a work environment that fosters unity, creativity, and passion for its employees while delivering the highest possible level of service to its clients. He is a firm believer in operating a family values-based organization and makes it a priority to ensure that the philosophy of the company and its values and beliefs are upheld at all times.

Mr. Grant has over a decade of experience working in the IT support industry in both the educational and private sectors. Formerly the Vice President of Managed services at Thrive Networks Inc. (now Staples Network Services) in Concord, MA, he was responsible for the development and deployment of Thrive's managed services product offering. He created and directly managed the Remote Support Center and the Network Operation Center. He served as a member of the senior management team and directly contributed to the valuation and sale of Thrive Networks to Staples, Inc.

Mr. Grant attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has deep working knowledge of the outsourced information technology industry. Mr. Grant is a highly technical and hands on executive holding numerous technical certifications including VMware VCP, MCP, MSCA, and ITIL Foundations.
